Island Connections

At Island Connections, every volunteer is an invaluable asset, giving their time and heart to support our neighbors and strengthen our community. Each year, however, we pause to recognize those individuals who have gone above and beyond—consistently stepping up, extending kindness, and making an extraordinary impact. It is our honor to celebrate these outstanding volunteers at our Annual Meeting, where we present them with a Volunteer of the Year and Heart Forward awards  as a small token of the deep appreciation felt by our organization and the community they serve.
